Design & Freshness Policy

At FLEUR., we take great care in sourcing and designing with fresh, seasonal flowers. If you experience an issue with your arrangement, we are happy to remake it under the following guidelines:

• Arrangements must be returned to us for assessment and remake
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• While we do our best to honor requested color palettes and flower varieties, exact blooms cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal and market availability
• Substitutions may be made to preserve the overall look, feel, and quality of the design
