Terms

These terms apply when you order from FLEUR. or use this website. FLEUR. is a floral design business in Dallas, Texas; “we” and “us” mean FLEUR. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and the delivery fee are added at checkout, and you will see the total before you pay. Payment is taken by card, through Stripe, when you place the order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Now and then we cannot fulfill an order—the flowers do not arrive, or the date is full. If that happens, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Our flowers

Every arrangement is designed to order from what is freshest, so yours will not match a photograph stem for stem. As our Design & Freshness Policy explains, exact blooms cannot be guaranteed, and substitutions may be made to preserve the overall look, feel, and quality of the design.

Changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel an order up to 48 hours before its delivery date, for a full refund. After that the flowers have been bought for you and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, though we will always try to accommodate a new date or address.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us, on the date you choose. Our Delivery page explains where and when we deliver, and what happens if no one is home.

If something is not right

Please tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Our Design & Freshness Policy sets out how we assess an arrangement and remake it.

Subscriptions

A subscription is billed to your card each month, in advance. It carries a minimum commitment of three months, and we ask for one month’s notice to cancel. The details are on our Subscriptions page.

Workshops

Signing up holds your seats, and they are yours once they are paid for. Seats are not refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place. If we have to cancel a class, you will be refunded in full.

Events and custom work

Events, corporate florals, and custom designs are quoted individually. A deposit may be required to hold your date, and the terms for each are set out in the proposal we send you.

Caring for your flowers

Flowers are living things, and how long they last depends on their care: fresh water, a cool spot, and no direct sun. Some flowers and foliage are harmful if eaten, so keep arrangements out of reach of pets and small children.

Photographs and designs

The photographs, designs, and words on this website belong to FLEUR. or to the photographers we work with. Please ask before using them.

Our Privacy page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Our responsibility

We stand behind our work and will put right what we get wrong. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms
