FLEUR. is a floral design business in Dallas, Texas. We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver your flowers, and we do not sell it. This page explains what that is and who else handles it.

What we collect

• When you send an inquiry: your name and email address, a phone number and a date if you give them, and what you write. We use them to reply, and keep them as a record of our conversation.
• When you sign up for a class: your name, email address, and phone number, the number of seats, and anything you tell us. We use them to hold your seats and to write to you about the class.
• When you place an order: your name and email address; the name, address, and phone number of the person receiving the flowers; the delivery date; and your card message. We use them to make and deliver the order and to send you a confirmation.
• When you pay: payment is taken by Stripe, on its own secure page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us; we are told only that the payment was made.
• When you join our mailing list: your email address, which we use to send you news from FLEUR. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

The people you send flowers to

When you order for someone else, you give us their name, address, and phone number. We use them to deliver the flowers, and for nothing else.

Who else handles it

We share information only with the services that help us run FLEUR., and only what each one needs:

• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check keeps spam out of our forms. It reads signals from your browser to tell a person from an automated program.
• The companies that host this website and deliver our email.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We would disclose it only if the law required us to.

Cookies

This website has no advertising or tracking cookies. It sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that keeps its forms secure. Stripe and Cloudflare may set their own when you pay or send a form.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep the business and tax records the law asks of us.

Your choices

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to info@fleurdallas.com and we will take care of it, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page.
